    Sales Administrator

    Job Description
    Following up on pending fitments

    • Assist with Rebookings
    • Contact clients to re-arrange fitment and ensure installation takes place
    • Assist the sales team with achieving +85% of Team fitment target
    • Escalate queries to relevant departments (follow-up and provide feedback to clients within required 24Hr SLA)
    • Provide weekly reports on pending fitments and fitment cancellation reasons for Telesure

    Education

    National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12 (Required)
