Job Description

Accountabilities

• Ensure all Route documentation are appropriately completed, filed and signed in line with company policy
• Assist FLSL with management of merchandising equipment, route expenses, stock rotation, etc.
• Manage truck key register and hand-out of safe keys.
• Manage Salesmen’s banking
• Help resolve HHC problems
• Ensure adherence to company procedures

In addition to the above functions:

• Weekly reporting to H/O including expenses, journals, cash schedule, carton returns, commissions, POD’s
• Manage RD Register & Defaulters list
• Pay all Creditors and COD customers & petty cash
• Health, Safety, Security and Housekeeping control
• Manage archives and route filing & assets register
• Process overtime and carton return pay-outs

Qualifications/Requirements

Key skills / Requirements

• Matric minimum
• Tertiary qualification will be an advantage or currently studying towards one.
• Computer literacy essential
• Good communication skills
• Strong administration skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Admin, S&D environment
• Appointments to be made in line Employment
• Equity Legislation
