    Sales Administrator

    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting sales team members with all necessary tasks related to lead handling and establishing client communication.

    • Organising and managing lead accounts on our CRM system to ensure effective and efficient lead handling.

    • Interact with Yoyo customers and third parties in a professional manner.

    • Liaising with our field staff for project updates to provide accurate and live information on our programs and program development, and ensuring this information is updated in canned responses.

    • Ad hoc day to day duties within the sales team.

    • Consistently live out, act, work and exhibit behaviours aligned to and congruent with company values.

    Knowledge, Skills & Aptitudes

    • 1-3 years of relevant work experience

    • Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with excellent multi-tasking and administrative skills

    • Technically proficient with CRM systems

    • Exceptional phone etiquette 

    • Excellent written business communication skills

    • Ability to manage competing timelines and priorities

    • Hard worker and self-motivated

    • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

    • Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment

    • Adaptability, creativity and innovation, initiative, resilience, consideration, strategic, analytical and intuitive
