Job Description
Responsibilities
Assisting sales team members with all necessary tasks related to lead handling and establishing client communication.
Organising and managing lead accounts on our CRM system to ensure effective and efficient lead handling.
Interact with Yoyo customers and third parties in a professional manner.
Liaising with our field staff for project updates to provide accurate and live information on our programs and program development, and ensuring this information is updated in canned responses.
Ad hoc day to day duties within the sales team.
Consistently live out, act, work and exhibit behaviours aligned to and congruent with company values.
Knowledge, Skills & Aptitudes
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with excellent multi-tasking and administrative skills
Technically proficient with CRM systems
Exceptional phone etiquette
Excellent written business communication skills
Ability to manage competing timelines and priorities
Hard worker and self-motivated
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
Adaptability, creativity and innovation, initiative, resilience, consideration, strategic, analytical and intuitive
