Sales Assistant at Swish Africa

Swish Africa (pty) ltd. is a company specialising in the sale of hand - and hard surface sanitiser.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our product to prospective clients as well as existing clients. You will be a key contributor to our company's success. You will primarily be in charge of receiving client calls, scheduling deliveries and managing quotes/invoices. You will provide outstanding customer service by communicating between the delivery team and the customer.

Responsibilities

• Completing sales
• Lead client correspondence
• Coordinate shipping and delivery
• Handle customer inquiries and issues

Qualifications

• A degree in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be advantageous
• Customer-service oriented
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets & Drive)
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic mathematic skills
• Prior experience in retail or sales
• Administration skills is a must

Requirements

• Access to the internet
• Own computer
• Own Cellphone (Data and airtime will be provided)
• Valid Drivers licence

Contract length: 3 Months with the prospect to be extended

Remuneration: 7k - 10k depending on work experience
