Job Description
- Kia South Africa (Pty) Ltd invites ambitious, driven and enthusiastic young individuals who are eager to learn and ready to kick-start their careers in the automotive industry to apply for the 3-months Sales Champion Programme.
- This opportunity is designed to equip aspiring sales professionals with the knowledge, skills and practical experience required to succeed in automotive sales.
Programme Overview

Successful candidates will receive:
- 3-months structured workplace experience
- Exposure to a professional corporate environment
- Mentorship and guided sales skills development
Minimum Requirements
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
- South African citizen, under the age of 35
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for sales and customer engagement
