Our client in the Specialised Insurance Services in Roodepoort is looking for Sales Consultants to provide a personalised and attentive service to our prospective new policyholders and brokers
Minimum requirements:
Completed degree, preferably BCom
Very strong academic results in Matric
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be proactive, with a positive and friendly attitude
Must be professional
Excellent interpersonal and administration skills
Exceptional client service
No relevant experience necessary
Specialising in (but not limited to)
Build continuous relationships with new clients in order to identify their needs
Build continuous relationships with brokers in order to motivate and convince them to sell our products
Be proactive in providing timely feedback to prospective new clients and brokers daily
Engage with prospective new clients and brokers on any questions they may have regarding the various products and services
Create new quotations and update previous quotations
Be diligent in updating quotations with new information obtained from clients
Take responsibility for the application process of new clients
Broker retention
Must be solution-orientated and provide resolution to prospective new clients in regard to their insurance needs
