Sales Consultant at Inisys Africa BIM Solutions

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
• Minimum of 5 -10 years' experience in a sales position
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Syspro knowledge would be an advantage
• Experience in managing stakeholders
• Own transport and Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of catering equipment would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Generating leads by building relationships with potential and existing clients
• Enhancing customer experience
• Meet internal sales targets 
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiations and cold calling
• Understand and manage client expectations
• Manage quote submissions, and order processing
• Ensure timely delivery of equipment
• Provide outstanding service to consumers both before and after the sale
• Manage orders until payment is completed.
• Maintain a customer database
• Produce weekly/monthly sales reports vs targets
• Process returns and credit notes in accordance with the established procedures
• Refer all client complaints received telephonically to the appropriate manager
• Ensure that shipment dates are updated periodically
