The ideal candidate will –

• have a cheffing hospitality background &/or some food service-related experience would be an advantage
• have a valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
• be goal driven & independent a self-starter who takes responsibility for your actions
• have a minimum of matric and the ability to make costing calculations
