Key Responsibilities

• Target Driven: Consistently achieve monthly unit targets (Minimum 8 units; ideally 15+ per month).
• End-to-End  Sales:  Manage the entire process from lead generation to final delivery.
• Profitability: Exceed both unit and profitability targets.
• Relationship Management: Build lasting customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Lead Management: Diligent follow-up on inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation in line with dealership policies.

Applicants must have the following requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree or a National Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• Must have 1–4 years of post-graduate experience.
• Must have proven experience working on building construction  projects.
• Must possess sound knowledge of JBCC contracts.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CCS Candy will be advantageous.
• Experience with BuildSmart will be advantageous.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence.
• Must be willing and able to travel between  project sites as required.

Applicants must have the following requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor of Engineering Degree or a Bachelor of Science Degree or a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must be registered as a Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist or Professional Construction Project Manager.
• Must have 15 years of experience in heavy civil engineering, with proven experience managing contracts on projects valued above R300 million.
• Must have experience on Design & Construct (EPC) projects.
• Must have strong knowledge of FIDIC Silver Book.
• Must have proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects involving large-diameter steel pipelines, pump stations, water and wastewater infrastructure, bulk earthworks, and reinforced concrete structures.
• Must have advanced proficiency in CCS, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
• Must possess strong commercial and contractual management skills.

• Must be registered with ECSA and SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Manager.

• Must have proven experience delivering bulk water infrastructure projects, including steel welded pipelines, pipe laying, trenching, concrete structures, mechanical installations, hydrostatic testing, and commissioning.
• Must possess advanced proficiency in CCS, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
• Must possess strong leadership and planning skills.
