Sales Consultant at Netcash

Job Purpose:

• Revenue growth through Account Activations and Cross-Selling

Job Description and Key Accountabilities:

• New account activations and payment products cross-selling;
• Networking – remote customer relationship building and presentations where required;
• Retention of accounts activated through effective customer service;
• CRM daily management to complete the Sales cycle.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Achieve monthly new accounts target, and year to date revenue target;
• Achieve quarterly revenue and cross sell target
• Daily management of CRM

 Skills and Competencies:

• Good business acumen and a passion for sales and customer service (networking);
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills;
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office/ MS Teams/ CRM);
• Honest, reliable and hardworking;
• Excellent time and pipeline management skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
• Self-motivated;
• Experience in accounting and payroll software beneficial;
• Experience in e-commerce beneficial.

Qualifications, Experience, and Job Requirement:

• Related tertiary qualification or relevant experience preferred;
• Minimum 2 - 3 years proven sales experience, preferably within the transactional banking/ payments industry.
