Job Summary

• To serve as liaison between customer and the compnay by identifying and contracting current and prospective clients, generating Aggregates sales solution and servicing customers to ensure satisfied customers through quality and consistency of service and product.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• National Diploma/BCom/BA Degree or studying towards would be an advantage.
• 5+ years' experience in Sales and Marketing Industry

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of the Aggregates and Construction Industry,
• Knowledge of industry dynamics and sales regions
• Knowledge of the Aggregates processes
• Concrete Technology Certificate
• Good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of sales and advertising techniques.
• A good team player with a high level of dedication.
• Driver’s licence (Code B).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Incumbent must be able to render a professional service

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies.
• Adhere to customer service principles and practices.
• Review pricing in line with the pricing matrix.
• Seek opportunities for new clients for sustainable business growth.
• Monitor and track sales performance through weekly and monthly reporting. 
• Effective stakeholder relationships through effective collaboration and communication.
• Ensure customer excellence through proactive, prompt and effective responsiveness on all customer inquiries and requests.
• Manage quotation process in collaboration with sales team in line with good governance.
• Manage value-added customer services.
• Maintain average selling prices as per budget.
• Ensure debtor controls are adhere to in line with credit management requirements
