To provide administrative support to the Group Sales & Reservations Manager.
The Sales Co-ordinator performs various admin related tasks and provide additional support to the Sales Team when required.
STO contract distribution.
Leads on STO requests – send initial email, then work with Sales Executive, Account Manager and Reservations Consultants for rates to be issued and update the system/spreadsheet.
Negotiating Rates Agreements.
Prize voucher generation and management.
Value add document.
Co-ordinate site inspections – book, update form, send to lodge.
Coordinate Site Inspection gifts.
Act as the liaison between sales and marketing and coordinate the sales communication schedule.
Manage Hubspot – maximise efficiency, liaise with marketing and Hubspot monitor to ensure integrity of the database and implement procedures where needed.
Keep track of and order Property and Support Office (Joburg and Cape Town) sales collateral stock.
Sales pack preparation for sales trip and training.
Group Sales Manager travel arrangements (stats, meeting preparation with sales team).
Prepare and manage site inspection programs for the Group Sales & Reservations Manager.
Assistance with Australia market and Group Sales Manager sales related queries and client actions.
Co-ordinate the resolution of Guest Complaints received by General Manager of Sales.
Out of office for JHB Sales Team.
Business Plan Preparation.
Stand in for the CPT Sales Coordinator when out of office.
REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Grade 12 (essential).
Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality (advantageous).
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role (advantageous).
