    Head - Third Party Distribution (CPT)

    Job Description

    • A vacancy exists for a Head - Third Party Distribution within Kazang-Merchant in Cape Town, WC. 
    • The Head - Third Party Distribution is responsible for managing the Lesaka Merchant Community teams' third-party distribution channel nationally, including agent partners and wholesale distributors.
    •  The role is responsible for collaborating with regional sales teams to maximize growth within third-party channels and for building, implementing, and owning strategies to grow new and strengthen existing third-party distribution partnerships.

    Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Ultimate responsibility for growing and optimizing the Lesaka Agent base.
    • Problem-solving challenges faced by third-party distribution partners through internal processes.
    • Working with Lesaka regional sales structures to maximise retention on Agent devices

    Requirements

    • Matric

    • A vacancy exists for a Liquor Sales Manager within Kazang-Merchant in Pretoria and/or North West. 
    • We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Sales and Distribution leader to serve as a Liquor Sales Manager for Kazang’s Direct Sales division. In this high-impact role, you will lead a team of high-performing sales executives with ownership of performance targets akin to running your own successful business.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Sales or a related field, as well as formal sales management/leadership certifications.
    • Proven experience managing teams with responsibility for revenue growth targets and operational oversight of sales teams.
    • Demonstrated success in driving business growth, managing targets, and controlling assets.
    • Experience in formal performance management, including implementing progressive disciplinary procedures.
    • Strong background in team recruitment, training, and skills development.
    • Analytical proficiency to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Industry knowledge relevant to the business context (e.g., fintech, banking, FMCG) is advantageous.

    Job Description

    • A vacancy exists for a Regional Agent Relationship Manager within Kazang-Merchant in Pretoria or North West.
    • The Regional Agent Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key Distribution Agents within the sales region. 

    Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Onboarding of new distribution agents into the Kazang regional sales teams.
    • Managing existing key distribution agents.

    The Regional Business Unit Manager is responsible for: 

    • Overall regional sales and business unit management
