Sales Coordinator at Raizcorp

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing key sales data and reporting through Salesforce
• Assisting with project management and administrative tasks
• Maintaining clear filing systems and schedules
• Engaging with clients to provide updates and ensure seamless communication

Preferred Experience & Skills: 

To excel in this role, you’ll bring a wealth of experience in the following areas:

• Salesforce Expertise: Advanced-level knowledge and training in Salesforce (non-negotiable).
• Administrative Excellence: At least 5 years’ experience in sales administration, handling detailed reports, managing client data, and maintaining impeccable records.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting errors in formatting, spelling, and grammar in documentation.
• Project Management: Exposure to environments where planning, prioritisation, and multitasking were essential.
• Microsoft Office Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Client Engagement: Solid experience in client communication and relationship management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Post-matric qualification (preferably in sales, marketing, or communication).
• Proven experience in sales administration, project management, and client engagement.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong MS Excel and Salesforce skills (Advanced level).
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
