Sales Enablement Data Internship at Oxford University Press Southern Africa

Principal Accountabilities:

• Data input and analysis - perform collection, interpretation and recording of data in accordance with
• company’s guidelines and standards.
• Data integrity - Perform data validation and storage of various project documents.
• Sort and organize the data, both hard copy and electronic versions.
• Assist staff in data entry when required.
• Provide data management updates in all internal and external meetings as required.
• Analyze data for quality improvement purposes.
• Prepare data for reporting, meeting, presentations and create reporting dashboards
• Prepare and submit data required for audits.
• Training and needs analysis -Train users on an ongoing basis
• Staying abreast of new Salesforce releases and functionality
• Setting up of new users.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in a relevant field
• Computer literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• South African citizen
• Access to reliable transport
