    Sales Executive

    JOB SUMMARY

    • As a Sales Executive for our Client, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding their client base in Cape Town and its surrounding areas. You will be responsible for promoting our Client’s courier services, forging strong relationships with potential clients, and maximising sales opportunities.

They specialise in efficient and reliable delivery solutions, catering to a diverse range of clients from small businesses to large enterprises. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they are dedicated to delivering parcels and packages with speed, safety, and professionalism.

    THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
    In order to be shortlisted for vacancy, the successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies, but not limited to:

    • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within the logistics, transportation, or courier sectors.
    • Exceptional interpersonal abilities to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations.
    • Driven by results, with a keen focus on surpassing sales objectives.
    • Self-starter with proactive tendencies, capable of thriving both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.  

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    The role responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

    • Effectively utilise sales techniques to promote products and services.
    • Maintain relationships with existing clients and foster new ones.
    • Drive lead generation through targeted prospecting efforts.
    • Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Achieve sales targets and conduct needs assessments for clients.
    • Adhere to company policies and collaborate with team members.
    • Act as a liaison between the company and customers.
    • Maintain accurate records and provide management with reports.
    • Undertake additional duties as needed for business operations.
