RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join their client's team in the Freight industry in Cape Town. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer acquisition within the freight sector.
Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients in the freight industry
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed revenue targets
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services
Keep updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales within the freight industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus
