We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Executive for used vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and social media
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Showcase used vehicles to customers and demonstrate their features and benefits
Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal
Negotiate prices with customers to achieve profitable sales margins
Conduct test drives and assist customers with financing options if needed
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to remain competitive in the market
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service orientation
Knowledge of used vehicle models, features, and market trends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
