    Sales Executive Used Vehicles

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive for our used vehicle division. In this customer-focused position, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. You will leverage your knowledge of the automotive market to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, online platforms, and networking events.
    • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend suitable used vehicles.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory, including features, pricing, and market trends to effectively present options to customers.
    • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up.
    • Negotiate terms and close sales, securing contracts and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success.
    • Stay updated on industry developments and competitors to inform sales strategies and improve performance.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrable experience in automotive sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients.
    • Proven ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in Sales.
    • Familiarity with the South African automotive landscape and consumer preferences.
    • High School qualification (Matric)
