We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and focus on selling used vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth for the company's inventory of pre-owned vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with prospective customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Showcase and demonstrate the features and benefits of our used vehicles to potential buyers.
Provide accurate and competitive pricing information, negotiate sales contracts, and close deals.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and generate leads for potential new customers.
Collaborate with the sales team, finance department, and service department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to maximize sales opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the company.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role is preferred.
Strong understanding of the used vehicle market and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education in sales or business is a plus.
