    Sales - Head of Funnel Management

    What you will be doing:

    • Manage day-to-day operations of an in-house inside sales team.
    • Oversee lead management and outbound calling/contacting campaigns.
    • Initially focused to respond to SA and UK client queries, this role in time will expand to cover other global regions
    • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to increase marketing-sourced deals.

    What our client is looking for:

    • It'd be great if you had a relevant degree or diploma, but it isn’t essential.
    • Experience in funnel management, ideally in the software industry.
    • Confident and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excited to shape a new business unit and build it from scratch.
    • Results-oriented and comfortable using systems and reporting to track progress.
    • Working on both qualified inbound and outbound lead generation to set up initial meetings for the business.
    • Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring/developing new SDRs, as the team will mostly consist of interns.
    • Strong team player who can work closely with both marketing and sales teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with sales development tools - any product would be great such as Apollo.io, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, and LinkedIn would be awesome.
