    Sales/Key Accounts Executive

    Job overview

    • We currently have an opening for a Sales/Key Accounts Executive within the Sales Division. This role will be based in our Durban branch and report into the National Sales Manager.
    • To grow the business and profitability of Toll Global Forwarding SA by taking on customer queries, complaints, and comments. There is a strong focus to increase our profit by maximising our share of wallet with our existing client portfolio. This is a hybrid position incorporating sales and servicing. We have an existing customer base that will form part of this portfolio while you generate leads and qualify potential new business through prospecting.

    Main Role Focus

    • Secure new business for the company by actively selling to existing accounts.
    • Excellent customer service and value adding for existing customers to ensure maximum profitability and satisfaction
    • Ensure that company policies and procedures regarding call rates, problem reporting, visit reports, assist customer with credit application completion and understanding of all documents, client files and post sales activity is adhered to
    • Collaborate with operational team to ensure the client’s expectations are met.
    • Manage your visit schedule (territory planning, top 50 exec sponsorship visits)
    • Procedure for ease of price increases is regularly discussed and implemented. 

    Qualifications

    • +3 years of relevant work experience along with a successful track record
    • The ability to think strategically about the impact of service delivery to our customer’s business
    • The ability to offer solutions that align with our customer’s long-term strategy
    • Strong relationship building skills with for optimal customer satisfaction
    • Advanced time management skills
