Sales Manager at ABB

• Execution:Meeting LBL sales budget, margin and market share in the region. Developing implement and monitor sales strategies, sales plans and sales support activities for the region, including sales targets, customer visit plan, training plan for sales team.
• Business Development:Requesting and proposing business development projects to drive the growth of the business. Sharing information gained from customer visits as part of market intelligence input.
• Monitoring & Planning:Taking up customer challenges or complaints and take ownership till solutions are implemented. Driving for continuous improvement of sales procedures, account and contract management.

Your background

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business will be added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and 3 years of experience in management of Sales staff.
• Excellent customer focus and understanding of value-based selling.
• Self-organized, structured with good time management and deadline driven and work on your own initiative.
