Planning:Utilizing various transportation software systems to facilitate material movement, planning and scheduling.
Scheduling: Preparing and updating monthly logistics schedule to ensure deliveries to production locations and coordinates product delivery schedule with customers.
Tracking: Coordinating daily activities to track location and movement of inventory finished goods and raw materials via all transport modes, and re-routes freight as needed to meet demands and minimize cost.
Service providers: Working closely with transport service providers to assure efficient and effective execution of processes, assists in obtaining necessary transport permits and codes and prepares proper transportation paperwork and export documentation.
Data management: Supporting the development and implementation of improved processes and systems and maintains master data.

A Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Transport and Logistics Management diploma.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Transport and Logistics Management.
Experience in estimating costs, productivity hours and team structures for effective project execution.
Excellent people and management skills to interact with customers, colleagues and contractors. Strong background in process industries projects, plus the ability to problem solve related issues timeously
Demonstrates a strong understanding of import and export documentation requirements for shipping, as well as cross-trade risks. Must have the ability to manage customer complaints and expectations effectively.
Execution:Meeting LBL sales budget, margin and market share in the region. Developing implement and monitor sales strategies, sales plans and sales support activities for the region, including sales targets, customer visit plan, training plan for sales team.
Business Development:Requesting and proposing business development projects to drive the growth of the business. Sharing information gained from customer visits as part of market intelligence input.
Monitoring & Planning:Taking up customer challenges or complaints and take ownership till solutions are implemented. Driving for continuous improvement of sales procedures, account and contract management.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business will be added advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and 3 years of experience in management of Sales staff.
Excellent customer focus and understanding of value-based selling.
Self-organized, structured with good time management and deadline driven and work on your own initiative.
