Job Description

• A leading provider of office technology and workplace solutions is seeking a driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Target: Achieve and exceed a monthly target of R300,000.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and monitor individual and team performance daily.
• Activity & Pipeline: Oversee appointments, conversions, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Talent Management: Recruit, onboard, and continuously develop sales representatives.
• Business Development: Drive revenue growth, explore new business opportunities, and maintain key client relationships.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years in office automation or a related sales sector.
• Track Record: Proven history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, retain, and manage high-performing sales talent.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and reporting abilities.
