Job Description
- A well-established company specialising in portable sanitation, ablution solutions and related site services is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales function and drive business growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field would be advantageous
- 5+ years’ experience in a sales management role
- Proven experience managing and motivating a sales team
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in B2B sales and business development
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
