We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Pinetown, Durban. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the daily sales operations, with a specific focus on corporate and online sales of part-time education/classes. This role requires a dedicated professional with a proven track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Relevant qualification in sales and marketing (advantageous)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities:

• Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed set sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Manage sales administration and reporting processes
• Supervise and support sales consultants
• Monitor and motivate the team to meet agreed sales budgets
• Demonstrate extensive product knowledge
• Utilize ICAS and CRM systems effectively for accurate and efficient sales-related administration
