Sales Manager at Paracon

Job Role:

• A strong people-manager who is able to “harness a team a wild horses” J
• Must have a solid track-record of people management of sales people!
• Manage a team / own the team and ensure the team delivers to their full potential (support, support, support, support…)
• NB: understanding sales-psychology
• Salesforce CRM experience
• Managing a forecast (accurately) moving opportunities, tracking various phases on Salesforce and displaying a sense of confidence when doing so / pipelining effectively
• NB: able to represent the team in meetings and confidently report on their pipeline of business
• This sales manager will not need to sell – BUT will need to support the sales team, i.e.: during c-suite presentations, managing quarterly reviews, strategizing with clients and building / understanding their roadmap, etc.
• Problem-solving
• Issue management, i.e.: if the sales team has a problem with the delivery team – the sales manager steps in, etc.

Must Have;

• Bachelor Degree OR 4 year Diploma
• 3 - 5  Years sales management experience
• Experience in a Multinational beneficial
