Job Description

• Are you an experienced retail or hospitality professional with a passion for people, operations and results?
• We are looking for an Assistant Manager who can confidently support the Store Manager, lead staff and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and staff supervision
• Ensure excellent customer service and a well-presented store
• Oversee stock management, cash control and shift planning
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and operational targets
• Respond to site call-outs when required, including alarm activations at any time of day or night

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLES):

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
• 1–2 years’ supervisory or management experience
• Retail or hospitality industry experience
• Comfortable working long hours, weekends and public holidays
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Reliable, responsible and able to work under pressure
