• We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Assistant Manager to assist with daily operations, staff supervision and the achievement of customer service, sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and team supervision
• Maintain excellent customer service and store presentation
• Manage stock, cash control and shift planning
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Motivate and lead the team towards achieving operational and sales targets
• Respond to site call-outs when required, including alarm activations at any time of day or night

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
• Minimum 1–2 years’ supervisory or management experience
• Previous retail or hospitality experience
• Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable and comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment
