About the Job

• Ensuring that all Bench Mark targets are consistently met within every measurement period.
• Ensure that leads are effectively managed and maintained to reach the required conversions.
• Ensuring compliance with:
• Policies and Procedures
• Applicable legislation including but not limited to FAIS, FICA
• Constant monitoring of activity levels and productivity of staff Generating of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
• Effective management of staff-related issues, including Performance Management and Disciplinary procedures.
• Investigation and implementation of new initiatives to enhance the running of the department and the generation of sales.
• Close involvement in the recruitment of staff members.
