The detail:

Order Flow

• Streamline order statuses on the reports.
• Proactive monitoring of operations order flow process.
• Monitor orders and resolve issues.

Escalating

Escalate unresolved issues.
Adhoc

• Assist with other related functions within the department.

Are you this person?

• Do you have a matric qualification?
• Do you have a minimum of 1-year data capturing/ administration experience?
• Basic sales and retentions experience would be beneficial.
• Are you all about the detail in administration?
• Do you know your way around MS. Excel and Word?
