Order Flow

• Streamline order statuses on the reports.
• Proactive monitoring of operations order flow process.
• Monitor orders and resolve issues.

Escalating

Escalate unresolved issues.
Adhoc

• Assist with other related functions within the department.

The detail: 

They will be responsible for running Paid Social campaigns for our current and future brands and the following:

Create. Build. Manage.

• Creating building, managing and reporting on Paid Social campaigns. 
• Creating Facebook Ad campaigns with the intent of generating leads at a lower cost. 
• Lowering lead costs through continuous A/B testing. 
• Continually building, maintaining and optimising campaigns and data in order to maximise performance from lead to sale to conversion activation. 
• Identifying new Digital Advertising verticals to help the business always stay ahead. 
• Making Ad spend and placement recommendations to take advantage of opportunities in real time. 
• Collaborating with Digital Marketing and Content teams to establish new creative and ideas. 
• Utilising Facebook as a strong advertising tool, through campaign development of PPC campaigns. 
• Lead generation, custom audiences, remarketing tools and optimisation insights. 

Are you this person? 

If you have a degree or qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar, as well as:  

• At least 3 years’ Digital Marketing experience with Brand Management in an agency or similar environment. 
• Facebook Blueprint certification. 
• Knowledge focusing on ROI through CPC, CPL through to COA 
• Strong analytical skills.

THE ROLE:

• The Network Engineer constructs configurations, actions installations and attends to break/fix events. 
• Their primary function is to ensure that client solution requirements are resolved in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA).  
• This individual will provide operations support and troubleshooting of technologies/solutions. 

THE DETAIL: 

Networking 

• Provision of operations support and troubleshooting of less complex technologies/solutions. 
• Problem resolution and troubleshooting. 
• Respond to escalated client requests and support client applications to a first line resolution. 
• Take accountability for portions of installation, break/fix incidents and problem management.  
• Perform periodic telephonic duty on the technical service desk, providing second line telephonic support under guidance to clients. 
• Perform incident management and resolution of level 2 and when required level 1 issues, including level 2 problem management and request fulfilment of remote move, add, change, delete activities. 
• Ensure client take on and monitoring. 
• Contribute to service asset and configuration management of networks and contribute to related operational activities, e.g. change implementation, change validation, release management, etc. 
• Communicate and log calls with vendors or 3rd parties to ensure the resolution of issues. 
• Update tickets and documents, e.g. handover documents, root cause analysis and post incident reviews.

Maintenance

Assist with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes. 

ARE YOU THIS PERSON? 

• Have you completed a diploma or degree in IT or similar? 
• Do you have a CCNA, MCSE or similar certification? 
• Can work night shift? 
• Do you have at least 5 years’ experience in a senior support role?

THE DETAIL 

Are you someone who can manage designing, documenting, data modelling and managing multiple projects? 

Design and Documenting   

• Generate specs for new reports based on business requirements.  
• Identify areas of improvement in the reporting process.  
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI.  
• Document all reports, data sources and purpose of reports.  
• Identify data sources and availability.  
• Design, build and release reports to relevant stakeholders.  
• Extract, transform and load data from external sources (Excel, SharePoint lists, SFTP).  

Data Modelling  

• Build user friendly data models.  
• Monitor and track all data reports.   
• Identify root causes and escalation of failure points.  

General  

Must be able to manage multiple projects.  

ARE YOU THIS PERSON?  

• If you have a three-year tertiary qualification in IT or a related field, as well as three years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or similar, as well as:  
• MS SQL certification  
• SSAS / DAX – Data Modelling / Tabular / Multi-Dimensional Modelling exposure  
• Microsoft Power BI skills  
• Experience in Microsoft Power Automate  
• Snowflake skills  
• The ability to work with data affected by international time zone
