Board of Innovation is an independently owned business design and innovation strategy firm. We have a hybrid work policy that allows us to attract the best talent. We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist (SalesOps) to support the EMEA Business Development organization. Your role will be dynamic and multifaceted. You will take on a variety of regular operating activities as well as ad-hoc projects to help the America’s Business Development organization succeed.
We're looking for someone with the right attitude and base skills to succeed in this critical role. You may come from a previous sales operations role or you may be just starting your career with an interest in a sales or sales operations role.

Responsibilities will include:
Sales administration
Tactical sales support (SoWs, proposal clean-up, etc.)
Offsite / virtual meeting design and execution
CRM (Hubspot) maintenance
Tender management
Report to the EMEA Business Development Director (Johan) on weekly sales results and collaborate closely with other sales team members
Requirements
You know or can quickly learn the ins and outs of LinkedIn and HubSpot
Your communication skills in English are impeccable (both written and spoken!)
You love to get into the details of any situation
You have the ability to deal with and thrive on objections on a daily basis.
You have a desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. You're a go-getter.
You are okay operating in a world of ambiguity
You're okay with a full remote-role

Where You'll Be
We are a distributed workforce with Hubs in Belgium (Antwerp), the United States (New York) and Singapore.
Where in the world? For this role, it can be anywhere from where it’s comfortable to work within Central European Timezone
Contract or payroll? We’re open to discuss both options. In countries where we don’t have a legal entity we can provide compliant payroll and contracts through our global EOR partner.
