What you will do
Sales Representative BMS& Controls will be reporting directly to the Branch Manager, Durban. You will be responsible for the sale of controls products and building management services to primary decision makers focusing on end users and service providers (e.g. contractors, consultants), whilst building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and using company defined sales processes and tools. The focus is on maintaining current relationships and sourcing new business (50:50 split). You will be based in Durban and your area will be the whole Kwa-Zulu Natal region.
How you will do it
As a Sales Representative you will chase, qualify and close new sales opportunities for our Controls business. You’ll demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your deep market knowledge of our competitor’s strategies, products and services.
You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth. You’re determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills.
