As a Sales Representative, you will chase, qualify and close new sales opportunities not only in Isando but across South Africa region by creating competitive, high quality proposals and also take part in tendering and bidding process. You’ll demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your deep market knowledge of our competitor’s strategies, products and services; you will design fire systems and compile tender documents.
You will build relationships with customers typically at director level of medium to large sized accounts, understand needs and offer technically complex or a breadth of solutions within some ability to adjust pricing and margin, subject to set business parameters. You will service and support existing customer accounts in assigned geographic area, with a high sales target or quota.
You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth. You’re determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills.
