Sales Representative II - Estcourt Depot at PepsiCo

Job Description:

• Achievement of revenue and volume target as per Annual Operating Plan
• Obtain new business as per Annual Operating Plan
• Access and anaylize reports to drive continuous improvement
• Comply with all functional and non functional company policies and procedures, e.g Sales; Health and Safety; etc.
• Housekeeping and maintenance of company assets, e.g Hand Held Computers, Uniform, Mobile phone, etc.
• Collect and report competitor information
• Compile and implement sales & promotional plan
• Negotiate and manage price and shelf space
• Manage service levels by achieving a100% call rate and 90% hit rate
• Visit and support customers
• Control Debtors & product returns
• Administer sales documents & reports specifically deals & credit notes

Qualifications/Requirements

• 3 year Business / Commercial Tertiary qualification or equivalent
• 3 years working experience in FMCG environment, with 1 year in a selling role / selling experience
• Valid drivers license
