    Duties

    • Own the development of strong functionally aligned brand AOP plans
    • Lead the execution of AOP plans to ensure delivery of set KPIs.
    • Manage the artwork development process with design agencies and ensure approval by the relevant internal stakeholders.
    • Engagement with creative agencies in delivering relevant consumer centric marketing campaigns.
    • Supervise BTL agencies ensuring mechanics are aligned and required fast pivots are executed.
    • Lead alignment of marketing activities with distributors and supervise execution ensuring delivery of aligned activity KPIs
    • Support innovation projects through the stage gate process.
    • Landing integrated annual brand plans with the cross functional team.
    • Support the development of PSP, aligned to the category strategy and growth priorities.
    • Effectively managing the brands budget, and ensure compliance with all controls.

    National Sales Manager Industrial - Krugersdorp

    Main Purpose
    This role will be responsible for growing the Industrial sales – Essential foods. Interact with national manufacturing customers. Grow customer base focusing on value-added to product and opportunity to manufacture within customer specifications. Interact with R&D for new products into channel.     Qualifications/Requirements

    • Min 10 years’ experience in FMCG, with preference to Grains sales experience (min5 years) and some technical product knowledge
    • Solid sales experience with a flair for building relationships, achieving results, following through, and standing firm in times of adversity. The incumbent should be able to handle pressure well, communicate clearly and concisely, make quick decisions and remain tenacious in achieving objectives in difficult times.
