Requirements

- Qualified Millwright/ Electrician (Trade Certificate)
- 15 year's post-trade experience
- Experience within the Grain Industry will serve as recommendation
- Proven experience in the management and completion of Maintenance Projects is essential

- Manage Maintenance Projects at GWK's Grain silos from start to completion.
- Procurement of maintenance parts within GWK's approved mandate and tenders.

Responsible for inspecting the quality of carcasses on the line.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
- A valid and approved PME Certificate.
- Proven PME experience will be advantageous.
- Mathematics/ Maths literacy as a subject desired.

- Ensure recovery of portions at the recovery station according to specifications.
- Follow health and safety standards at all times, as per GFC Standards and the Meat Safety Act.
