Sales Representative II - Shakaskraal Bakery at PepsiCo

Responsibilities

• Achievement of revenue and volume target as per Annual Operating Plan
• Obtain new business as per Annual Operating Plan
• Access and analyze reports to drive continuous improvement
• Comply with all functional and non-functional company policies and procedures, eg. Sales, Health and Safety
• Collect and report competitor information
• Compile and implement sales and promotional plan
• Manage costs to stay within the AOP
• Visit and support customers
• Manage customer complaints
• Compile monthly Sales reports

Qualifications

• 3 year Business/Commercial Tertiary qualification or equivalent
• 3 year working experience in FMCG environment, with 1 year in selling role/selling experience
• Valid drivers license
• Leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Good clerical and computer skills
