Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
Conduct test drives with potential customers and provide product demonstrations
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly sales targets
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the automotive industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Knowledge of sales principles and practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Valid driver's license
High school diploma; college degree preferred
