About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Recruiter with a proven track record of recruiting and hiring sales professionals at volume.
- This is not a general recruiting role. The ideal candidate has personally sourced, screened, interviewed, and placed salespeople and understands how to evaluate whether a candidate can actually sell—not simply whether their resume matches the job description.
- You will own the recruitment pipeline from sourcing through interview coordination while helping identify high-performing sales talent.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Recruiting
- Recruit sales representatives, sales managers, and other sales professionals at volume.
- Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other relevant channels.
- Prioritize candidates with proven sales performance and relevant experience.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales talent.
- Recruit for field sales, commission-based, and contractor sales positions.
Sales Screening & Interviews
- Conduct structured interviews specifically designed to evaluate sales ability.
- Assess communication, persuasion, motivation, resilience, and sales aptitude.
- Identify candidates who demonstrate genuine sales capability beyond what is shown on their resume.
- Evaluate experience, performance history, targets, and ability to succeed in sales environments.
- Clearly communicate why a candidate is or is not a strong fit.
Recruitment Pipeline Ownership
- Manage the full recruiting process from sourcing to scheduling client interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline information using Google Sheets.
- Coordinate interviews directly on the client's calendar.
- Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the process.
- Keep the pipeline organized and moving efficiently.
Reporting & Communication
- Track sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate progression.
- Provide clear updates on pipeline quality and recruiting activity.
- Communicate proactively with the hiring team.
- Work independently while maintaining high standards for candidate quality.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience recruiting and successfully hiring sales professionals.

- Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours; Central Time availability preferred.
What Makes You a Strong Fit

About the Role
- We're looking for a hands-on marketer to work directly with the owner of a small portfolio of U.S.-based businesses, including a home services company, a medical billing company, and a wealth management firm. This is not a "set the strategy and hand it off" role — we need someone who can build the marketing plan and execute it themselves.
- You'll work across multiple businesses and industries, shifting between projects as priorities change. The immediate focus is on organic marketing: reactivating and nurturing a database of 10,000+ existing customer contacts to drive repeat business, rather than only relying on new customer acquisition.
Requirements
What You'll Do
- Plan and run organic marketing campaigns: email marketing, text/SMS marketing, newsletters, and promotions to existing customer databases Build hyper-local marketing strategies for a local home services business — including community and zip-code-level targeting and grassroots/guerrilla marketing tactics Help reduce customer acquisition costs by increasing repeat business from past customers rather than paying to reacquire the same customers through paid search Adapt marketing approach across different business types — from a hyper-local home services business to a nationwide medical billing company Work independently across multiple, unrelated businesses and switch context between them as needed What We're Looking For Proven experience running organic marketing campaigns (email, SMS/text, newsletters, database/CRM-based marketing) Experience marketing for a local or small business is a strong plus — this role is not about big national brand campaigns Someone who can both develop marketing strategy and execute it hands-on (we're not looking for a strategist who hands off execution to someone else) Comfortable managing multiple projects across different companies at once Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients/employers preferred Experience with paid marketing (Google Ads, Google LSA, paid social) Schedule

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy Ownership: Define and execute the end-to-end revenue strategy, aligning sales processes, targets, and pipelines to the growth goals of US-based clients.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales function day-to-day — setting priorities, coaching the team, and holding performance accountable against clear metrics.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy, qualified sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities, overseeing outreach, and guiding deals from first contact through close.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as a senior point of contact for key accounts, establishing trust and ensuring long-term retention and expansion.
- Process & Playbook Design: Develop repeatable, scalable sales processes and documentation that the team can execute consistently across US company targets.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on revenue KPIs, providing visibility into what is working, what is not, and where to course-correct.
Requirements
Required Experience & Skills
- 5 or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets — ideally within or selling into US-based companies.
- Demonstrated experience managing or leading a sales function, not just contributing as an individual performer.
- Strong command of the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Clear, confident communicator in English — written and verbal — with the ability to engage C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a remote, async-first environment with US-based teams.
Perfect Fit / Culture
- Owns outcomes end-to-end — you do not wait to be told what needs attention; you identify it and act.
- Communicates proactively and precisely across time zones, keeping stakeholders informed without being prompted.
- Comfortable operating at both the strategic and executional level — equally at home designing a sales playbook and jumping on a closing call.
- Brings a coaching mindset to the team: you raise others' performance, not just your own.
Typical Day
- You start the day by reviewing pipeline health and flagging any deals that need attention before the US business day opens. Mid-morning, you join a sync with the sales team to unblock blockers and align on daily priorities. The rest of your day splits between async work — refining outreach sequences, reviewing proposals, updating reporting — and live calls with US-based prospects or clients. You are the connective tissue between strategy and execution, which means no two days are identical, but the rhythm of pipeline review, team touchpoints, and stakeholder communication stays consistent.
