    Sales Representative: Used Vehicles - Audi Sandton

    About the Role

    • As a Sales Representative for Used Vehicles at Audi Sandton, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to potential buyers.
    • Your primary focus will be on engaging clients, showcasing our premium used vehicle offerings, and facilitating a seamless buying process while enhancing the Audi brand experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
    • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions.
    • Conduct comprehensive vehicle presentations and demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
    • Manage the sales process from initial contact to final delivery, ensuring all customer queries are addressed promptly.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
    • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value to customers.
    • Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal regulations.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or similar fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement and relationship building.
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism, reflecting the Audi brand values.
    • Demonstrable ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with luxury automotive brands or high-end consumer goods sales.
    • Previous knowledge of the used vehicle market and related sales strategies.
    • Relevant qualifications in sales or marketing, such as a diploma or certificate.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
