We're on the lookout for an experience Sales Rep to ensure effective merchandising of clients products at store level and to ensure that call cycles are maintained in Western Cape.
As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for :
Implementation Standards
Knowledge Transfer
Site evaluations/visits
Reporting & Feedback
Planogram compliance
Health & Safety Food Compliance
To ensure that call cycles are maintained
Ensure brilliant customer service is provided.
Ensure that products are clearly visible to the consumer
Pricing of products to remain consistent through regular audit and compliance
Identify anomalies and flag these immediately
Ensure that clients POS is installed according to guidelines from client.
Ensure that Sales Targets are understood
Ability to break down targets and develop sales plans to achieve target.
REQUIREMENTS
Matric (Grade 12)
Valid SA Drivers License
Tertiary qualification in Food Technology or related qualification ( Added advantage)
Strong sales experience and mentality
Retail Experience FMCG Experience
In-Store Operational execution experience
Strong Retail Shopkeeping Skill
Tech Savvy with the ability to understand systems.
Passionate about customer service and sales
Ability to self-manage
Ability to complete reports, send quality feedback and gather insights
