JOB DESCRIPTION

• To manage the control function in the Sales Department

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Departure Times
• Manage Driver’s balances
• Manage baskets
• Manage Returns
• Manage Stock on Truck
• Control of weekly wages
• Implement a leave roster
• Manage emergency/second round deliveries
• Ensuring that staff are wearing their uniforms
• Liaise with distribution on kilometers
• Attend to all disciplinary action in respective team
•  Manage cell phone costs according to policy

QUALIFICATIONS

 Key Competencies & Experience

• Grade 12 or equivalent
•  At least 5 years sales experience in FMCG
•  Prepared to work long and irregular hours
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s licens
• Team player
• Excellent verbal communication skills
•  Negotiating skills
• Detail orientation
