    Sales Support Exports

    Purpose of Job

    • Support sales managers in their respective markets, including the administration of sales activities and liaison with key business stakeholders.
    • Provide administrative and / or process support for contract administration, customer service, order management, and credit management.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Assist sales managers with the implementation of effective sales plans by product or grade to generate the highest return to the business.
    • Contribute to the implementation of the overall base chemicals polymers marketing and sales strategy and the overall business strategy.
    • Support sales managers with the execution of the Order to Cash (O2C) process in line with customer and business needs.
    • Track the volume and selling price commitments with direct customers and distributors to fulfil contractual obligations where applicable.
    • Liaise with key stakeholders to timely receive debit notes, review and approve requests, and issue credit notes as proof of reimbursement for all export markets.
    • Verify that invoices are accurately prepared and submitted on time with appropriate charges, needed documentation, and export package to customers.
    • Aid in addressing past due invoices and customer service issues, executing work orders, and securing appropriate filing of contracts in conjunction with the legal team.
    • Analyse sales performance records, interpret results, and generate periodic and on-demand sales reports.
    • Act as an representative of the sales team when needed and assist with product pricing, sales development, sales material creation, marketing communications, and proposals writing.
    • Help with the management and update of sales tools used for planning and forecasting of sales volumes.
    • Employ established work procedures to meet corporate compliance and efficiency in the export sales process.
    • Adopt new technologies to operate in a more efficient and effective way while providing improved customer service.
    • Apply evidence-based SHE practices in alignment with set standards for safe operations.
    • Implement Sasol Group's risk philosophy and enterprise risk management framework.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable the achievement of base chemicals sales export business objectives.
    • Continuously improve own skills and knowledge. Complete, implement, and track personal development plan to attain personal performance goals.

    Formal Education

    • University Bacherlor's Degree

    Working Experience

    • 4+ relevant years
