PBT Group has an opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, and system integrations. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions, ensuring that business needs are met effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new Salesforce features and functionalities.
Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud applications.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code, following best practices.
Implement and maintain system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms using APIs.
Design and build automation processes to improve operational efficiency.
Leverage analytics and modeling to provide insights that drive business decisions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications, both front-end and back-end.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Mentor junior developers, helping them improve their Salesforce skills and problem-solving techniques.
Stay updated with Salesforce trends, tools, and releases to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM development.
Strong knowledge of process engineering and system integration (API experience is essential).
Proficiency in analytics and modeling to inform business insights.
Expertise in writing efficient Apex code, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
