    Salesforce Developer

    • PBT Group has an opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, and system integrations. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions, ensuring that business needs are met effectively.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new Salesforce features and functionalities.
    • Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud applications.
    • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code, following best practices.
    • Implement and maintain system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms using APIs.
    • Design and build automation processes to improve operational efficiency.
    • Leverage analytics and modeling to provide insights that drive business decisions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications, both front-end and back-end.
    • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
    • Mentor junior developers, helping them improve their Salesforce skills and problem-solving techniques.
    • Stay updated with Salesforce trends, tools, and releases to continuously improve knowledge and skills.

    Skills & Experience Required:

    • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM development.
    • Strong knowledge of process engineering and system integration (API experience is essential).
    • Proficiency in analytics and modeling to inform business insights.
    • Expertise in writing efficient Apex code, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
    • Experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP.
    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
    • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

    Customer Solutions Architect

    • We are seeking a CRM Solution Architect with a strong focus on Salesforce to lead the design, integration, and delivery of high-impact CRM strategies across our customer-centric initiatives. If you're a tech-savvy visionary with a knack for process engineering, stakeholder collaboration, and customer engagement excellence, we want to hear from you!

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Architect and design CRM solutions with a specific focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
    • Translate business requirements into Client Engagement Journey Maps (EJMs) using CE best practices.
    • Conceptualise and deliver end-to-end CRM programmes, campaigns, and prompts aligned with business objectives.
    • Partner with Product Owners, Marketing Managers, and Business Leaders to align CRM strategies with core business values.
    • Serve as the Salesforce SME, guiding the integration of Salesforce with other systems and custom extensions.
    • Collaborate with Client Engagement Delivery and Technology Services to ensure seamless execution and architecture alignment.
    • Coordinate delivery roadmaps and optimise work breakdown structures for efficient pipeline management.
    • Drive excellence in customer data integration, analytics and modelling, and multi-channel campaign execution.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 2–3 years of technical CRM experience in a client-centric or business engineering environment.
    • Strong understanding of data modelling, system integration, and CRM principles.
    • Cross-functional stakeholder engagement experience.
    • Working experience in Agile environments.

    Ideal Experience:

    • 2 years of Customer Engagement (CE) or Customer Experience (CX) journey mapping.
    • 2 years of program or business engineering experience.
    • Exposure to AI modelling and digital channel development.
    • Demonstrated experience in technical CRM program building and digital integration.

    Bonus Skills:

    • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management tools, principles, and methods.
    • Strong understanding of client-centric data ecosystems.
    • Proven experience delivering enterprise-level CRM solutions with measurable outcomes.
