    Forklift/Reach Truck Driver

    Experiential and Educational requirements:

    Essential duties and responsibilities:

    • Complete the Forklift checklist daily and report any defects on the machine
    • Conduct daily battery maintenance
    • Maintain and control stock daily

    • Ensure safe handling pallets & modules. Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure quality and safety

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

    Desktop Support: IT 1st Level M/F

    Experiential and Educational Requirements

    • Grade 12 / Matric
    • Relevant IT qualification (advantageous)

    Assistant Manager – Sales & Procurement

    Minimum Qualification / Experience:

    Matric

    Minimum of a Diploma in Supply Chain and/or Logistics

      Preferably a bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related discipline)

    3 - 5 years' minimum supply chain experience with 2+ years' minimum supervisory experience required

    DELIVERABLES/KPAs

    •  Assisting in preparation of the annual Sales Budget, providing key input information and sales activity trends
    • Monthly Gross Profit analysis which requires numerical understanding of sales vs cost of sales as well as Plan vs Actual
    • Provide input on Debtors, Creditors and Inventory to enable monthly cash-flow and net working capital analysis with Finance.
    • Close monitoring of overdue inventory and resolution of aged stock
    • Ensure timeous completion of month end tasks
    • Monitor ordering cycles across short and long-term horizons, identifying cost and supply risks linked to over or under ordering
    • Handle process from Request for Quotation, preparation of quote and order management
    • Combine material, production and logistics costs to calculate pricing and gross profit for quotations and price reviews.
    • Support customer price reviews, engineering changes, and build changes for existing and new business.
    • Place monthly orders for future material requirements based on forecasts including stock level management
    • Analyse and approve monthly pipeline orders from Sales Coordinators, continuously monitoring to mitigate under/overstocking risks.
    • Calculate effective pricing change points based on customer usage.
    • Supplier and Customer relationship management (communication, need satisfaction, effective partnership)    
    • Liaise with internal Stakeholders to ensure alignment between operational facility issues / constraints and customer demand.
    • Manage compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulatory requirements.
    • Apply kaizen mindset to identify opportunities for business improvement.

    Tyre Sales Representative M/F

    Profile

Adhering to our Health and Safety Policy internally and externally / customer sites.
    • Technical assistance / coaching and on-the-job training to all Field Service Team members; overall responsibility to ensure quality of service (always ensure optimum response time and professional service, evaluation of tyre training needs and ensuring lack of knowledge / skills are addressed).
    • Sound financial management of team in line with budget and department strategic objectives (ensure all company policies and set targets are met in the following areas: work in progress, debtors, profitability of maintenance contracts, warranty claims processing, and department GP and contribution, management of overheads, managing debtors, perform service quality checks, vehicle  (ASEC)and tool inspections, etc.).
    • Ensure OHSACT requirements are met on own and customer premises and that all regulations are adhered to.
    • Drive customer service excellence (build and develop strong, loyal relationships with internal and external customers, foster and maintain dedication to service excellence in every aspect of work carried out; ensure timeous feedback / communication to customers, ensure internal and external CSI targets are met, etc.)
    • Ensure team contributions are focused to grow department in line with company requirements.
    • Overall responsibility to provide scheduled (monthly, weekly and daily) ad-hoc reports as might be requested by department manager (e.g. Kerridge-based reports from Marketing, Nominal Ledger, Point of Sale, Maintenance leasing and Management Accounts, etc.)
