    Salesforce Snr. Specialist Solution Architecture

    POSITION DETAILS

    • Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
    • Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.
    • Manage various salesforce projects, including gathering information, planning, and executing projects.
    • Formulate and maintain salesforce solution documentation. (e.g., process flows, data models, and technical specifications)
    • Work with the design team to ensure that the most significant business operations are addressed.
    • Collaborate with development teams for any required customizations or integrations.
    • Educates and promotes CRM standard procedures to guarantee that the solutions produced are highest in class for the business's overall strategy and ethos.
    • Create a requirements management strategy for the project, which describes the process for elicitation, documentation standards, and formats.
    • Familiarity with the backlog grooming process, attributes, review, and approval process.
    • Plan and monitor scope by ensuring that needs are within the SOW's scope and communicating any variances for inclusion in the change control process.
    • Assist the product owner in defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints by facilitating the continuing backlog grooming process.
    • Maintain a functional grasp of the business requirements and project solutions.
    • Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making.
    • Identify opportunities for data-driven insights to enhance business processes.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    PERFORMANCE MEASURES/ SUCCESS CRITERIA

    • User Adoption Rate: Measure the percentage of users’ actively using the Salesforce platform and engaging with the analytics and reports provided.
    • Data Accuracy and Integrity: Monitor the quality and accuracy of data input and output within Salesforce to ensure reliable reporting and decision-making.
    • Process Efficiency Improvements: Track the identification and implementation of process enhancements within the Salesforce platform to streamline sales operations and increase productivity.
    • Report and Dashboard Effectiveness: Evaluate the creation and utilization of meaningful reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support informed decision-making for the sales team.
    • Training and Support: Measure the successful delivery of Salesforce training and support to sales team members to ensure their proficiency in using the platform for their sales activities.
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Adoption: Monitor the integration and utilization of Salesforce CRM functionalities to enhance customer interactions and improve sales strategies.
    • Alignment with Ford Behaviors of Excellence, Focus and Collaboration

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES (KSA)

    • Excellent knowledge of and shown proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ, Marketing cloud would be an advantage.
    • Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements.
    • Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing various requests is needed.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable applications.
    • An analytical problem solver who knows and employs all declarative automation and Salesforce ecosystem features.
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers.
    • Ability to grasp the requirements of clients from diverse sectors and translate/present those demands into a compelling vision and roadmap for our clients.
    • Excellent knowledge of project management methodology such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence.
    • Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a closely related discipline is required.
    • 5+ years of work experience in Salesforce solution implementation projects and Marketing and Sales business process
    • Experience in Automotive industry preferred
    • Minimum Salesforce certified:
      • Administrator
      • Sales Cloud Consultant
      • Marketing Cloud Consultant (advantage)
      • Service Cloud Consultant (optional)
      • Platform App Builder (optional)
      • Automotive Cloud (advantage)
    • Bring deep knowledge/skills in technology/non-technology aspects of the platform.
    • Demonstrated platform proficiency.
    • Extensive experience in designing solutions for key and/or complex multi-cloud projects.
    • Functional leadership in all phases of the project
    • Accustomed to interaction and involvement with/of the client in each phase of the project. 
    • Strong team leadership skills, excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills; ability to quickly process complex information and evolving entrepreneurial skills.
